RECLAIMED WOOD SOURCE, LLC TERMS & CONDITIONS: Thank you for purchasing RWS's products.

DEPOSITS: Payment of the nonrefundable deposit will be considered your acceptance of the Sales Order or Invoice and your agreement to be bound by Reclaimed Wood Source, LLC Terms and Conditions found in full on our website at:

CHARACTER: All reclaimed woods will have character marks such as nail-holes, knots and cracks. There may be variations in color, texture, grain, knots and/or other features from the sample.

ACCEPTANCE: You must notify Reclaimed Wood Source, LLC within 5 days of receipt of your order to report any issues with your order, including the quantity received. If we receive no notifications within 5 days the order will be deemed accepted by you and no credits or refunds can be issued related to the order.

TIME FOR BRINGING CLAIM; MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Any customer dispute arising out of the purchase of Reclaimed Wood Source, LLC products must be brought within 1 year after the claim arises, and can be resolved only by mandatory arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You expressly waive the right to trail by jury and to any other manner of dispute resolution in any other forum.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Products: All products are SOLD AS IS, products sold with old paint or stain may contain lead-based paint hazards. No return may be made on any product that has been installed, cut or altered by Buyer in anyway. Custom products cannot be returned, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
